Can I be at the property during the process of sanitization?The sanitization will take 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the property. It is recommended for the occupants to leave the space where the cleaning is taking place for around 2 hours after the procedure. Our treatment is safe and need only some ventilation upon completion.

Do I need to prepare the property before the procedure?There is no need of special preparation, however we suggest any small objects or valuable items to be put aside, so the technician will have unobstructed access to all the surfaces.
